  1.     The FastDownload 2000 - download manager

  3.     License for use and distribution

  6.       The FastDownload 2000 is try-and-buy software. This means:
  7.  
  8.    1. All copyrights to FastDownload 2000 are exclusively owned by the author
  9.       - Sergey Chayka.
  10.  
  11.    2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30 days.
  12.       Following this test period of 30 days or less, if you wish
  13.       to continue to use FastDownload 2000, you MUST register.
  14.  
  15.    3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to 
  16.       use FastDownload 2000 on one computer, for any legal purpose, 
  17.       at a time.  The registered FAR software may not be rented or 
  18.       leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving 
  19.       it agrees to terms of this license.  If the software is an update, 
  20.       the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

  22.    4. The FastDownload 2000 unregistered shareware version, may be freely distributed, 
  23.       provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or 
  24.       company may charge a fee for the distribution of FastDownload 2000 without
  25.       written permission from the copyright holder.

  27.    5. To register you must complete the registration form and send it, with 
  28.       registration fee, to one of the authorized registration site.
  29.  
  30.    6. The FastDownload 2000 IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".  NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS 
  31.       EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT 
  32.       BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF 
  33.       LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  35.    7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, 
  36.       decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the 
  37.       licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as 
  38.       provided for in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall 
  39.       result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may 
  40.       result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  42.       All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Sergey Chayka.

  44.    8. Installing and using FastDownload 2000 signifies acceptance of these terms and 
  45.       conditions of the license.

  47.   10. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove 
  48.       FastDownload 2000 files from your storage devices and cease to use the 
  49.       product.
